GCCR
“America imposes a great many regulations, mandates, compliance requirements, service agencies, social programs, and welfare. But freedom from taxes is not offered. Therein lies the business opportunity; to offer a service, not currently purchasable, that people want.”
– Donald Kirchinger; Global Corporate Constitutional Republic; Author and Founder
Disclaimer
“…The principle of voluntary government financing regards the government as the servant, not the ruler, of the citizens—as an agent who must be paid for his services, not as a benefactor whose services are gratuitous, who dispenses something for nothing.” — Ayn Rand; The Virtue of Selfishness (1961)
Global Corporate Constitutional Republic [GCCR] – the book – is not a proposal for a better America. It is not created to replace the U.S. Constitution. It is not a political movement. It will not subsidize candidates for public office or try to change laws. It is not an attempt at Utopia, or an attempt to be kind, benevolent, and compassionate.
It is a proposal to create a new government in a territory somewhere in the world; a shareholder-owned government that owns its real estate. i.e., property, and offers freedom – defined as the right to life, liberty, and property – from government taxes and regulations as its service product.
This is a plan to operate a government as a privately owned for-profit business.

What does government for profit mean?
Most people starting new government projects fail to realize that government is a business and like any business it has two main risks – business and financial. Like most under-financed businesses, they fail when the first unexpected problem arises. The solution is a privately-owned government, operating for a profit. – Donald Kirchinger
A for-profit government is a government of, by, and for its shareholders. Founded on the moral philosophy of rational self-interest, the GCCR for-profit government exists for growth, expansion, and profitability while providing its citizens (i.e. shareholders or customers) the highest quality of life through unencumbered rights to life, liberty, and property.
A for-profit government . . .
Earns its income from Entry fees, Visitor fees, and Sovereignty leases – NOT from taxes or regulations. In fact, there are NO taxes or regulations in a for-profit government.
